Short answer: OpusClip is the bigger tool. It has B-roll, AI voice-over, a social scheduler, team workspaces and analytics, and it bills in US dollars. Printivelle is smaller and more focused: it turns long videos into Shorts and Reels with editable Hindi, Hinglish or English captions, and it bills in rupees through UPI AutoPay. If you're a solo creator in India making Hindi or Hinglish videos, Printivelle is usually the simpler fit. If you run a team or need scheduling, go with OpusClip.

We make Printivelle, so read this with that in mind. Every OpusClip detail below comes from opus.pro/pricing, and every Printivelle detail from our own pricing page. We checked both on 30 October 2026. Prices change, so take a look at both pages before you pay.

Price: what ₹349 gets you vs what $15 gets you

Printivelle Creator costs ₹349 a month. You get 60 minutes of uploaded video, 1080p exports with no watermark, all caption styles, 40 tool credits and 50 noise-reduction videos. The ₹349 is the final amount and already includes GST.

OpusClip Starter is $15 a month. Your bank will convert that to rupees, and depending on your card you may pay forex markup on top. Starter gets you faster processing than Free, a virality score, reprompting, text and timeline editing, and watermark-free export.

On pure price, Printivelle costs less in India. On features per plan, OpusClip packs in more. Which one wins depends on whether you'll actually use those extras.

Hindi and Hinglish captions

Most Indian creators don't speak pure Hindi or pure English on camera. They switch mid-sentence. "Aaj hum dekhenge ki budget kaise plan karein, step by step."

Printivelle was built around that. You can keep captions in Devanagari, switch to Roman Hinglish, or go fully English, and every line's text and timing can be edited before you export. Karaoke-style word highlighting only turns on when the word timings pass a check. If they don't, the editor tells you why instead of showing captions that are out of sync.

OpusClip lists multi-language transcription and animated caption templates. We haven't tested its Hinglish output side by side in a controlled way, so we won't claim one is more accurate. The fair test is to run the same 10-minute clip through both and count how many words you had to fix.

Where OpusClip is clearly ahead

  • Team work: workspaces, member seats and shared projects on Pro.
  • Publishing: posting to social media from Starter, with a scheduler on Pro.
  • Editing extras: AI B-roll, AI voice-over, transitions, music and video dubbing on higher plans.
  • Formats on lower plans: OpusClip's Pro offers 16:9 too. Printivelle's paid plans export original, so you can keep 16:9 if your source is 16:9.
  • Big files: OpusClip accepts up to 10 GB per video on Free and Starter, and 30 GB on Pro.

If your workflow needs any of these, OpusClip is the better buy, and we'd rather you know that up front.

Where Printivelle is the better fit

  • Hindi and Hinglish first: Indic caption fonts and easy Devanagari ↔ Roman switching.
  • Free re-edits: changing captions or trims never eats your minutes.
  • Audio clean-up included: the video noise remover is on every plan, with 10 free videos a month even on Free.
  • Privacy: uploaded videos and rendered clips are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

How to decide in 15 minutes

  1. Take one 10–15 minute video where you speak Hindi or Hinglish.
  2. Run it through OpusClip's free plan.
  3. Try Printivelle's free transcript and caption tools on a short part of it (10 free tool credits), or start Creator if you want to test the full clipper.
  4. Compare three things: did the clips start and end on full sentences, how many caption words did you fix, and what will the minutes you actually need cost per month?
