Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital service — nothing is shipped
Printivelle is an online software service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and there is no delivery address.
Delivery after payment
Your paid plan is activated on your account immediately after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds (in rare cases with UPI, up to 30 minutes while the bank confirms). You get access at the same email address you signed in with; no separate delivery is needed.
How you receive your clips
Clips are delivered online: you download the MP4 files from the results page in your browser. Files are kept for a limited time (see the Privacy Policy), so download what you need.
Not activated?
If your payment succeeded but your plan is not active after 30 minutes, email baljeets910@printivelle.com with the payment date and amount.
