Yes. Upload an MP4, MOV or WebM video of your podcast, review the suggested moments, and edit the captions and framing. The number of useful clips depends on the recording. The current flow accepts files, not YouTube links.

20 minutes of video, one time (they do not renew). You can split them across several videos. There is no limit on the number of clips, and Free exports are 720p with a small Printivelle watermark. No card is needed.

Creator ₹349/month for 60 minutes, Pro ₹499/month for 120 minutes, Studio ₹999/month for 250 minutes. Minutes are counted from the length of each video you upload. Paid minutes renew every month on your billing date (the day you subscribed) and unused minutes do not carry over (for example, subscribe on the 22nd and your minutes renew on the 22nd of every month). There is no fixed limit on the number of clips. Paid exports are 1080p without a watermark. Editing, captions and re-rendering existing clips never use minutes. Videos can be up to 120 minutes long.

Yes, if you have an active Creator, Pro or Studio plan. Choose any number of minutes (10–600) at ₹3 per minute, including GST, as a one-time PayU payment (no AutoPay). Extra minutes are used only after your plan minutes run out. They are valid until your next renewal date and do not carry over. Upgrading to a bigger plan starts a new month, so any unused extra minutes end then.

Tools (noise reduction, captions, transcript) on a project you already processed are free and never use minutes. You can also upload a new video (up to 10 minutes) directly into a tool: that uses tool credits instead of minutes, 1 credit per started minute of video (Noise reduction uploads are free). Free includes 10 tool credits one time (they do not renew); Creator gets 40, Pro 70 and Studio 120 tool credits every billing month (renewing on your billing date, no carry-over). Credits are used once per upload: running more tools or re-rendering it costs nothing more, and credits for an upload that fails to process are given back.

Yes. Sign in with your email (passwordless, we email you a 6-digit code) to upload videos. Each email gets 20 free minutes, one time.

The AI listens to your video, writes a timestamped transcript, then picks every self-contained moment of 15–60 seconds that is worth posting: strong hooks, useful tips, emotional or funny parts. There is no fixed number of clips; it depends on your video. Every timestamp is checked against the real length of your video.

Printivelle works with Hindi, Hinglish and English (and many other languages), and captions are generated in the spoken language. Captions can use Hindi (Devanagari), Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Kannada and Malayalam fonts, and are fully editable. Quality for each language depends on the audio, so please review captions before posting.

Word-by-word highlighting needs accurate word timestamps. If the AI’s word timings fail our checks, karaoke is disabled for that video and the editor tells you why. The other styles still work line by line.

Plans are billed monthly in INR through PayU, with UPI AutoPay or a card mandate. Prices are in INR and include any applicable taxes (GST). We launch in India first; international payments are coming later. You can cancel anytime from your account page; your plan stays active until your next billing date, and you can upgrade to a bigger plan (Creator → Pro → Studio) anytime. There are no partial refunds unless the law requires them.

Uploaded videos and rendered clips are deleted automatically after 24 hours. The audio is sent to Google’s Gemini API for transcription. Transcripts and AI highlights are kept for up to 30 days, keyed by a fingerprint of the file, so the same file isn’t analysed twice. We never share or sell your videos.
